I am excited to launch some new services and expand on my coaching offering.
1:1 and Group Coaching Support
Coaching is something that has supported my own professional development and personal growth. I credit it with helping me find and use my voice; build and lead teams; and nurture essential leadership skills like navigating conflict. It’s been an investment that I’ve seen pay off, and I am thrilled to be able to offer this service to help guide and support others.
Coaching sessions can be 1:1 or group sessions on a variety of topics including:
communication skills
building and running teams
management
delegating
managing change
negotiation
managing conflict
setting boundaries
strategic thinking
running for office
building self-confidence
career transitions
navigating a difficult work environment
public speaking
developing a personal brand
Coaching is also an option if you need a thought partner in any of the areas I specialize in (see the full list of services below) but aren’t able to bring on a consultant for an official project or retainer. New Services
Workshop Design & Facilitation. Bringing people together to work towards shared goals in a finite amount of time requires advanced planning and preparation and skilled facilitation. Whether that’s for a single critical meeting or for a standalone workshop or series of workshops, we can work with you to design and facilitate your meeting. Support includes goal setting, planning, logistics, facilitation, capturing notes, and synthesizing insights, findings and recommendations into concrete next steps.
Creative Production. Compelling visual content is necessary for capturing people’s attention, and video content continues to be queen across platforms. We work with you to develop a vision for videos, animations, and photos; for standalone purposes or as part of a broader campaign. We source and coordinate the writers, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and/or animators required to to bring the project vision to life.
